Exchanges & Returns

We will accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date with no service charge.

The product must be in new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell or deforming and in their original packaging. Unworn and Unpacked. Returned products will be inspected and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request..

You can simply email our customer care team: support@sculpme.com and inform us of your order number and your exchange/return request.

Once your request is submitted, we'll approve it and send the shipping instructions via email. Please don't forget to check your inbox, spam, or junk folder.

As soon as you have brought your package to your local post office, please reach out to our team to share your return tracking with us.

Once we see your garment(s) are on route to us, for the exchange request, your exchange garment(s) will be shipped out to you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent right over to let you know it's on the route;

for the return request, we will get your refund processed for you, and you will be notified via an email. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

If you receive a damaged package during shipping, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Take Photos: Before opening the package, please take clear photos to document the extent of the damage. Ensure the photos clearly show the damage to both the external packaging and the internal items.
  2. Contact the Courier: Depending on the shipping method used for your package, get in touch with the relevant courier company or postal service. Report the damaged package to them and provide your package tracking number and photos as evidence.
  3. Contact SCULPME: Please send detailed information about the damaged package to our support team. You can contact us by sending an email to support@sculpme.com. Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged package
    • Detailed information about the damage report
  4. Resolution Process: Our support team will handle your request and work with the shipping company to assist you in obtaining a full refund or a replacement for the damaged items.

Q: How long does it take to resolve a damaged package issue?
A: Processing times may vary depending on the circumstances, but we will take action as soon as possible after receiving your damage report. Typically, we aim to address your request promptly and work towards a solution with the courier.

Q: Do I need to keep the damaged items?
A: In most cases, the courier company may require an inspection of the damaged items. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the damaged items as per their instructions to facilitate further processing.

Q: Will I be charged extra fees to handle a damaged package?
A: No, you will not be charged extra fees to resolve a damaged package issue. SCULPME will cover the expenses, and we will make every effort to ensure you do not incur additional costs to resolve the problem.

How long does my order take to arrive?

The delivery time for your order may vary depending on several factors, including your location, the shipping method selected, and any potential delays. Here are some general guidelines:

  1. Standard Shipping: Typically, standard shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days within the same country, but it may take longer for international orders.
  2. Express Shipping: If you choose an express shipping option, your order may arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
  3. International Shipping: For international orders, the delivery time can vary significantly based on your country's customs procedures and shipping provider. It may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days or more.

Please note that these are general estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. It's essential to check the specific shipping details and estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process when placing your order. Additionally, you can often track the progress of your order using the provided tracking number or by contacting the customer support team of the online store where you made your purchase.

Important Note: During peak holiday seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, there may be shipping delays due to increased order volumes and high demand. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Yes we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@sculpme.com. If the address is wrong, we can usually correct this within 24 hours.

However, we can only change the shipping addres if the order has not been processed or shipped. Therefore, we encourage you to reach out to us promptly to ensure that your order is sent to the correct location.

Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.

Normally, most of SCULPME's in-stock products are shipped from the UK. Some would be sent directly from our factories in China.
