30 Days Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days from the shipping date. Any merchandise received outside of the 30 day return window will not be processed.

We only accept returns from our eCommerce website. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

 

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. It should be free of odor, cosmetic stains and markings. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.

 

Please note Items must be returned in new and unworn condition (free of odor, cosmetics, markings etc.) We know that undergarment are personal. We therefore take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to insure they are in brand new condition before returning anything to our inventory. We will not process an exchange for an item that fails to meet this criteria.

Shipping charges for returns must be prepaid and are nonrefundable. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend you return the package using a traceable shipping method. This will provide recourse should something happen to your package. We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not receive. Please keep the tracking details for your records.


Upon receipt and inspection of your items, you will be refunded in the form of your original method of payment and will include any taxes paid. Refunds to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges paid at time of purchase are nonrefundable. If a shipment is refused upon arrival, any shipping fees assessed by the carrier to return the item to us will be deducted from the amount refunded.


If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you in the form of a gift card via email.


If a gift card is used in combination with a personal credit card for a purchase, and the item(s) are returned, a merchandise credit in the amount equal to the purchase made with the gift card will always be refunded back to the gift card, followed by a refund to the personal credit card for any remaining balance.


Allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Allow 3 business days for the refund to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.


If your purchase qualified for free shipping, and the cost of your returned merchandise dropped the net purchase amount to under £49.00, your refund will be reduced by the amount of shipping charges applicable to the original purchase amount.


Due to the nature of the product line, no warranty is offered beyond the 30-day period.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

30 Day Exchange Policy

We perform exchanges on regular and sale price merchandise (excluding Final Sale) for up to 30 days from the shipping date from customers within the United States. We no longer process exchanges for International customers. Items received from international customers are processed as returns. We request our international customers place a new order for the items required. No exchanges are processed outside of the 30-day window.

Items must be returned in new and unworn condition (free of odor, cosmetics, markings etc.) We know that undergarment are personal. We therefore take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to insure they are in brand new condition before returning anything to our inventory. We will not process an exchange for an item that fails to meet this criteria.

We recommend that you try on your purchased item over clean underwear to check for fit and size.

To send an item back for exchange, pack the item(s) in an envelope or box (usually provided by carriers) and mail the item(s) back to us with the completed Return/Exchange form. You can view and download the exchange form by clicking here; or print a copy of the order or shipping confirmation that was sent to your email address. Please send your item(s) back via prepaid service. We do not pay for return postage. Returns are to be mailed to the following address:

On the Return/Exchange form, tell us how we can correct your purchase and we will exchange it and send the replacement back to you free of shipping charges within the United States on the first occurrence. Subsequent exchanges are charged a $5.00 fee.

If the replacement items requested on the Return/Exchange form are of greater value than the original purchase:

If the payment was made with a credit card, the original method of payment is charged for the difference.

If Paypal was used as the original method of payment, a Paypal bill will be sent to you for payment. The exchange process will begin upon receipt of your Paypal payment for this price difference.

If you paid with a check or money order, you can send in the funds using the same form of payment method along with your item for exchange.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
